Each new fitting has three o-rings to seal the part .The bracket is 3/8 steel ,the tube is a drilled through steel bar not thin wall tubing .The JIT fitting is brazed on ,not ferrule fit . The tube is brazed to the bracket as well .The fittings can be made with push on tubes for the stock rubber fuel lines . Chad may post picts of the fittings alone later .so you can see the o-ring set up .

Pics are posted David.
And remember JIT fittings are cheaper than AN, dont require a special tool, and are made of stainless steel.
Also as seen the JIT fittings are on my fuel lines from the tank so a direct connection to the SS line.

This is a great setup and know exactly all the man hours that are involved in making it. I can tell you it will be worth the price he sets on it. I think I spent about $50 for each fuel Rail fitting. It is better that the AN fittings if you ask me.
A true work of art. If only I knew half of what he has forgotten.

that reminds me of when i was like 17-18 or so and i hung around JAYTECH`s shop when he operated his cnc machine and i would just sit there and look at the drill bits make a wooden mold for an intake manifold.it was just amazing how much work goes into just one part and we still complain about prices.lol

The brackets are wire edm cut with the holes so the machine has to be rethreaded four times each part .The tube starts is a solid peace of steel, drilled turned to size and groved for the two 0-rings . The bracket is countersink on eack side for the o-ring ,the third one, and to be brazed on the other .The allen holes are counterbored ,this allows the bolts to clear the oil injector with a filter .The Jit fitting has the threads cut off for good looks ,is drilled out to fit the tube .then all parts are brazed together .Then sandblasted and inspected .I have been using my set up for seven or eight years now .I suggest that you drop the fuel lines and braze JIT fittings on them for a complete job .Also I relocate the fuel filter at this time . Alot of money at one time but you should never need to do any more later .

I make a fitting for the end of both fuel rails nearest the fire wall and I cut and drill fittings to be brazed onto the fuel lines to and from the tank near the fire wall .What do you need ?

Can you make these to replace the in and out lines from the primary rail but use nipples instead? to be used with regular fuel injection hose...

Working in a bank is usually a challenge sometimes. From the bucks I committed to this bank, We have earned about 2 percent on my checking account. Much safer then investing take advantage stocks which you could lose big money. It is always wise to stick your dollars in many different places. {absa internet banking} (http://absaonlineinternetbanking.info/absa-internet-banking-online)
