Guess you've had a bad bit of luck...
I've used them a few times (but...yes i am in the UK) and had no issues with them be it quality or service. Shame you had this experience as personaly would reccomend them... can't really say anymore as not seen or bought this gauage from them.

Dear Nicholas
I afraid we have been real busy and have been slow to answer your mail, although your initial complaint was answered immediately and you were happy for us to find a resolution, we offered a replacement but you were happy to accept the transit damage.
Since we spoke last Ive had a short break, the last I could grab with my girlfriend before we become parents and our time is swallowed up.
I have also been travelling looking at new premises, as we are in the process of buying a competitor and next week will start investing £100k in to this new business, Ive been at the warehouse but also been looking at alternative warehousing in that area.
Last night was the first chance Ive had to sit down and today try and catch up.

Id like to think that most of our customers do get good service and Ive never not delivered.
Your problem is not going to resolve its self over night as I had approx 80 of these that need sorting and shipping back to states where I bought them from to have made right.

In the meantime you have have been fully refunded so you have your money and my pod.
I will be in touch once correct pods are made and a swap will be made.

Dear Gary,

I really appreciate. I came to you because I heard (and read) a lot of good comments about you. I wasn't asking for a refund but it's a demonstration of your honnesty.

Please let me know when you have the new pod and I'll be more than happy to send back mine for a swap.

Sorry for the public complain, the post has been erased ;)
