Its been years since I've had my FC on the track, but I'm gearing up to get my suspension overhauled while doing this current build and I plan on doing everything myself this go around (instead of just buying an off the shelf coilover)
My question is, what spring setup are you using? I'll be using the Koni sport inserts, but I'm stuck on what spring would work best.
I completely understand that the spring rates will need to be adjusted depending on the track. I've used Eibach, Intrax and H&R before on other cars and have found Eibach to have the best travel, but the H&R's weighed a little less and were pretty comparable.
I'm thinking of a 6" 2.5 ID spring for the front at 450lbs for starters (I dont want to start lower in the 300s as I've had this setup before and its not enough for me).
Opinions? What setup are you currently using and do you find yourself NOT swapping out as often as others for track days?
