I don't take credit for these diagrams. Just posted them on my photobucket, and posted them here for archive purpose.

Could those be MORE complicated?

About the stock vaccum line configuration I wonder, how many hours of training it took for each employee dealing with vacuum line hook up at the Hiroshima plant?

It does take a while to figure out if you are working on your car.

I still don't like how it's called "simplified seq." All it is, is the seq. system with basically all the emissions removed, it really doesn't simplify the seq./turbo vacuum hoses at all.

Yay, an easier single turbo diagram *right click and saves* Thank you ^_^

so, anyone know where to get an FC version? TII specifically. I searched and haven't been able to find anything yet.

i have been braking my head trying to figure out a better way to relay simplify the vacuum diagram. i personally believe that Mazda`s engineers did a very good job designing the the vacuum system and its very impressive how it works.on the lighter side i also believe that they had a little too much coffee in the process.i was just discussing the importance of the vacuum chambers in the other forums and as of yet i haven't been able to figure out a real reason why from what i can tell the turbo control solenoid valve is that intricate and sensitive that you need two solenoids (h and f) for charge and relieve along with a vacuum chamber box for it to maintain a certain amount of pressure.how many psi does that closed system needs to hold with in that loop for that turbo control solenoid to work? it works only on vacuum i don't see why it was 3 intake connections that can only work on vacuum just to control the lower actuator.

hey for the simplified seq set up- are block off plates needed? the only one i have is the acv block off plate at the moment

hey where does this line connect to? from the original diagram it connects to the pressure chamber but in the simplified the pressure chamber is moved... so should i just block off this line?

It still goes to the pressure chamber if you look at the LIM you can see a line that connects to it has a check valve on it that doesn't go anywhere, thats this line.

You should frame that

You should frame that

I've printed about 4 of them now. 2 are framed at friends houses 1 in my garage and 1 rolled up waiting a frame
