I found the car for sale on teamfc3s. I drove down to pick it up in Venice, FL. It was parked here...

and had a blown this...

also had fuel running into the cabin of the car to a gauge here...

bad bad.

Seats were torn and had a dent in the back above the passenger tailight. I made a new offer and the guy took it. I rented a trailor and took it straight to my mechanic's shop.

I was going to rebuild the 13bt and call it a day, maybe do a full restore on the car but after tearing down the engine we found almost nothing was usable. So then I started looking at options.
Option#1

Option #2
http://www.royaljapanesemotors.com/uploads/13B-TURBO.jpg

but neither of these 2 would satisfy me. I would always be wanting more. So I told him, go all out and get me the big dog. Thats right, 20B time! So not even a week goes by and my car looks like this...

So now the 20B is bolted up and wired up to the Microtech ltx12s. Intercooler bolted in a piping welded up. All that is left is to turn the key....so we did...

Now it is running strong and keeping me happy for a little while. Now I need to keep my car happy so what else would a car want but a good wax and a small photoshoot. After all, it was under a TARP for a year. I also had to make excuses to my wife why the grass was dead in one spot about the same size as my car.

After driving it for awhile I had some problems with keeping the engine cool at high speeds, above 75mph to be exact. I blamed two things, 1st I kept A/C so with the added FMIC and bigger engine, I wasn't getting enough airflow across the radiator. 2nd, the tune was too lean and causing excess heat at cruising speeds.
The fix: -Cut a new opening in the front bumper ( I didn't want to do it but I had too)
http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r310/echprelude/new%20car%20pics/IMG_1493.jpg
-Get a new tune

New numbers dropped to 320hp 301 tq

Definitely love that car. I love white S5's. They make the car look so clean, and then adding a 20B under the hood and you've got the ultimate car. :)

Where do you live? I know someone in louisville that also goes by blk fc3s and was wondering if you were the same guy by any chance, though it doesnt quite seem like it, i would die to see a 3 rotor in person.

I approve of everything related to that car. :icon_tup:

Do you have the undertray? If not, that will mess with your high speed cooling.

I have the undertray it just doesn't fit anymore after the mods needed for the 20B. I had to cut an opening in the front bumper to aid in highway driving.

Duuude that car is f@#*king great. I'm wondering how and if you changed it to stick. Since 3 rotor motors where all automatic, I think???? Anyway I love your car. I also wonder how you got that expensive 20b past the Mrs....... Good Job!!!!!!

I also wonder how you got that expensive 20b past the Mrs....... Good Job!!!!!!

I bought her a car first. She was happy.
