Well, I can either go custome tubular divided with tial 44mm flange for about $550 - $600, or I can buy an HKS divided manifold, however, I don't know if the FD HKS manifold will clear the 13B-RE. Has anyone test fitted the 13B-RE with a GT3574 and an HKS FD manifold?

No, it won't clear.
The FC turbo exhaust manifolds should clear.

I think you can run an FD tubular manifold, but have to space it from the engine to clear the intake manifolds. An RB header flange can be used as a spacer, but you need longer studs, which can be hard to find.

If I can't just bolt on the cast FD manifold and use it i'll just have one made. I just figured the RE would have a similar lim profile to the FD.

I'm running the FC hks cast manifold on my 13b-re swap with a gt40 turbo on my T2...it seems to fit fine

FC manifold is non-divided.

I take it you are wanting to use a divided manifold?

Yep! GT3574 from A-Spec is divided, and i like having good response(thats why i'm not getting a GT40 instead).

I'm running the plain bearing GT35 on my greddy FC manifold (non divided) and with the .86 a/r I can hit 10psi easily by 3500rpm. Very responsive even on the worst possible manifold/housing match FWIW.
