HI!
My name is Bryan and I drift the 8-Bit Miata :)
I am very interested and have always been fascinated by rotary power!
Currently it is the NA6CE with a straight pipe and welded diff with stock suspension.
I finally got my hands on the Rotary and drivetrain for the Miata 13B-REW swap project!
The project car is for a competition drift build that I am very confident will do well.
Any input from experienced builders and rotary Miata owners appreciated!
If you are interested in the videos of the Miata drifting in legal events (not donuts or street drifting), please visit my youtube channel link below!
It will not disappoint :) https://www.youtube.com/user/BYRacing77

Looks like a fun build. For the most part here we arent huge fans of drifting, but a rotary swap into a miata would be fun :)
A couple years down the road I'd like to steal my wifes miata for a week or two to stuff a rotary into it. I've not decided which engine yet though, I suppose a lot will depend on how it will mount up. A miata with a 200hp rotary would be a blast to drive
If you go through with the swap be sure to take lots of pictures and make a build thread here!!

Thanks man!
I will be doing a video documenting the swap/build as well as posting updates :)
I hope I can build a more positive opinion of drifting here.
I am very much looking forward to this build and any input to support a new rotary guy would be tremendously appreciated.
I have some very reliable resources to reference the build with and I am working hard in going about this the smartest way possible, but I want to share on here as well :)

While I am not a big fan of drifting and would rather see an auto-x or road race build, I am looking forward to this build nonetheless. Welcome to RCC.

Fixed :suspect:
:rofl::rofl::rofl:
Based on how long its taking me to get around to pulling this engine I'd say that's an accurate correction
