Hi,
We would like to say hi, and introduce ourselves to the forum.
Based in the UK, we are a smallish company with big ambitions! Although we are relatively newly formed we have been in both the racing game and the rotary world for a over 20 years now.
We will try to be as active as possible joining in the discussions regarding driving and racing techniques, as well as diagnosing problems.
We will also look to showcase the projects we are working on with regular updates on our rotary builds. These along with other cars will be kept up to date on our Facebook page www.Facebook.com/MinotaurRacing
We currently have 2 of our own Rx7 race cars in build, and 3 customer cars to hopefully keep your interest.
Lastly we produce a good number of our own parts
Carbon/Fibreglass work (Doors, bonnets, Fenders/Wings, skirts, aero)
Engine components.
Steering racks
Suspension parts
Radiators/Intercoolers
We will, if there is enough interest be offering Group Buys to forum members.
Any questions, drop us over a PM, and one of us will be happy to help :)

Aren't you Atomic Rex with just a name change?

Welcome I guess, but I wouldn't be trusting you with my build or my money.

Thanks for the reply. And in answer to your question, not completely.
AtomicRex made a few mistakes, they were all rectified either prior to the name change or since. The reason for the name change was because we have designed our own vehicle that isn't a rotary, and so needed a more generic name rather than something that was associated with the Rx7. That said, our commitment to rotaries is still as strong.
The incident you brought up there had two sides to the story. The fact of the matter is that that was well over 4 years ago, it was more a personal grudge than a wrong doing, and this new company is made up of new management with the only aim to make good reliable products.
I welcome your feedback, and it is sad you won't be interested in our products, but hopefully you will keep and open mind, and once you see how we are doing, and the feedback we receive you will give us a try :)

Quite curious:

Probably the reason you haven't heard from AtomicRex is that they died a long time ago. I have bought out their projects as well as a number of their designs and products they had.
We are looking to now push them forward, but that is as far as the relationship goes with Atomic.
I am concerned that your tale keeps evolving into something different with each new telling. I hope you can understand that when the tale keeps changing with each new telling it leaves a very bad impression of you and your company. On multiple sites, why give different reasons for the change? This indicates to us that something is wrong.
If you are not going to accept responsibility now on this site for the incidents noted, please explain the reason for your accepting responsibility very recently on the site I mentioned in that link. Please refer back to earlier comment, it leaves a very bad impression when your tale keeps changing. Something cannot be right when that happens. I am not here to cause disrespect. I just feel that it is important, we spend a lot of money on these cars. Too many shops have turned to burning customers and not just rotary shops included in this.
I may speak for all when I say that we would love to see photos and more details about your original car project. Where can this be seen? Many thanks
Jas

I do admit, Dan made a bit of a bad call there.
There were a few reasons for the closure of AtomicRex, but there was only one issue left outstanding. That particular issue has now been resolved, and the member is as far as we are aware happy with the outcome. However, and from reading on other threads on this forum, Rollers was unwilling to let it go, pushing for more and more. So I was advised to come on here.
We have nothing to hide, just want to get our products that we have designed and manufactured for the purpose of racing to be out on cars as well as our own. :)
Hopefully we can put the past to bed soon, and leave it where it is...in the past. We as a new business just want to progress.

I noted to you that I know the person affected. He has not been resolved and he has not received anything back that has been promised. Why would you say these things? Why would you declare this resolved now when it has not been? I am truly sorry but what you are posting here is just not true as far as I have been told. I admit not knowing the full conversation. I however had been told that you did not provide what you assured that you would. Something is not right with this. In my dealings with him I found him to be trustworthy so I do not believe he would say that he still has not received anything from you if he had.
Once more, no disrespect is at all intended. It's just that we spend a lot of money on these cars. You as a business would ask this community to spend a lot of money with your business. As that's the case, as the community we deserve to know truthfully what has happened. And what you have posted is not the truth.
Mud slinging will not be allowed in an intro post.

This is a lie, I am the member in question. You have made no actual amemds except empty promises that go back 4 years and I am NOT happy.. and I am also NOT the only member outstanding another member got in touch with me who was screwed by you on rx7club forum.
You have much to hide. I know my post was deleted by zxn, but I wanted to specifically respond to this claim of yours in this post so it's clear and not make it a mud slinging post like the previous one. The rest is in the bad guy section.
You call this a 'personal grudge' in one of your posts here, yeah right, you ran with my money and parts. If it weren't for the help of the other mods on rx7club who investigated you and made it known, you would have long ignored me forever and gotten away with it.
How i left off was countless emails and phone calls to you to which you totally ignored which I kept making for months on months. Ironically today you had my phone number still and you were calling because I responded on this forum exposing your shady unprofessional nature.
