85 RX-7 Restoration Car

FOR SALE: 1985 Mazda RX-7, 149,000 miles. In storage since 1998, last started and driven in 2007. Will need tires, battery and possibly brakes. Ran great the last time I drove it, but time is taking it’s toll, and I’m a mechanical idiot. Car is not roadworthy at this time.
Arctic white exterior, painted before storage, maroon interior, both in very good shape. Never raced, Never wrecked. 5 speed manual transmission. AM/FM, AC, sunroof. Car is factory stock, no mods, some rust on frame.
NON TURBO Rotary engine. Great opportunity for backyard mechanic.
I'd love to sell this to someone for restoration, it's too good a car waste away.

Can you post pictures of the rust on the frame and is that the only place rusted.

The body is almost perfect, no rust, but one "blister" the size of a quarter near the hatchback...I am unable to tell the extent of rust under the car, I am physically unable to crawl under to get a close look, but I know there is some rust there.
