FRIDAY MAY 17TH



MEET & GREET
Where: Circus Circus parking area behind The Adventure-dome theme park.
When: 3pm to 8pm
Greeting, registration and begin vehicle staging for car show.




PARTY AT THE CIRCUS CIRCUS
Where: Circus Circus Hospitality Suite
When: 8pm to whenever
Party will be BYOB with horderves, chips and dips supplied by WHiV6.




SATURDAY MAY 18th



ROTARY SHOW
Check-in begins at 7am
Show 8am to 1pm




This year a rotary show will be held in the parking area behind The Circus Circus Adventure-dome. There will be several categories depending upon the cars registered prior to the event. Repus, old school, 7’s, and 8’s will be judged separately. 7s may be broken up into first, second and third gen vehicles if preregistration shows a sufficient number. All rotary vehicles registered in the show will be eligible for trophies.




TROPHIES, RAFFLE, AND FOOD
Raffle tickets will be sold at the meet and greet on Friday and during the car show on Saturday. Drawing for raffle prizes, announcement of car show winners and presentation of trophies will be done at conclusion of car show.




For attendees convenience there will be food vendors available during the show as there will not be a lunch as in past years.




ANNUAL CRUISE
2PM
Be prepared for an approx. 3hr drive
Valley of Fire

(there will be maps and SCR will pre-run the route)

SUNDAY MAY 19th


SCENIC CRUISE
We will have a short cruise to a scenic area to be announced

PARKING
Circus Circus as the host Hotel & Casino is providing an area that will be watched very closely. Further information on its location will be forth coming


Reservation will be telephoned directly to the Hotel at 866-755-7776 option 1 in order to receive the group rate. Callers must identify their affiliation with the “What Happens in Vegas Meet” Group code CW05WHV. Rates cannot be changed at checkin or checkout. The Cut off Date is May 2nd 2013

bummer dude ... note sure if the FD from Canada is hooking up with the FD's and 8's coming down from Salt Lake City and if there were a way to catch that caravan ...

We have a guy going from Chicago and a guy has commited from Alabama

I do know we are going to be busy the next 3 months not only planning WHiV6 but at my place as welll!!!! wooot :party:

blucar's room reservation has been confirmed!!!! He's bringing his FD from Canada!!!

I know there are alot of people on this forum are going to DGRR ... wish we could :mad:

But to everyone else feel free to join us in the largest annual rotary event in Sin City ... we've secured great room rates and a full weekend of people and rotor fun!!! .... plus some other stuff we are working on

Breaking News!!! ... the show portion will NOT be held at Circus Circus .... we have secured another location that should prove to be better!!! ... but we will parade approx 4 1/4 miles down the Las Vegas Strip (we are setting up photograghers) to another location ... we will be rolling out from Circus Circus ... more info to come in the next day ...

Maps will be available Friday afternoon/evening during registration and Saturday morning prior to roll out ... super easy only two turns to the show location
