Well the car has been under winter upgrades and deletions, I was scared that the car would not start right up but it did....Had a little coolant leak but just tightened the strap and that fixed it..here are some of the stuff I did

Installed New license plate SNFUL7
SR Motorsports pulleys, I love this since they looks so cool
High Amperage polished Alternator From Rotary Shack...Works so good now I dont go below 13 volts even with my pulley
Polished fan relay bracke and alternator bracket from Rich
Rev t-stat housing from Japan
RE Speed polished Oil Filler neck
PS removal = Love this mod a lot of people are scared to do it but it aint a big deal...
Deleted the stock coolant reservoir and used Kinetik AST as a coolant reservoir
Installed polished JDM UIM, water pump housing, water pump and custom t-stat housing
Relocated the coils via Charlies7 coil relocation kit
Deleted the Windshield washer reservoir since I dont use it
Installed 5 Point harness
Chaged the filter from K&N to Greddy
Took the wing off = car looks better wingles now that it has a full kit than when it didnt
Some old school emblems which I like better...still have to hunt down some RE emblems..

Next winder mods will be

ABS removal
Custom vented hood = I was going to do this but got lazy...lol..
Custom ducting = still might do this before the winter
And who know what else...new engine with full fuel system and new tune...
Weight Reduction

The only difference is, there's a bottle where the filler neck used to be ;) Looks good dude, where did you get the Alternator nut from? Lets see some better shots of the emblems.

One of my favorite modifications for the FD. Did you get the rack converted through Maval/Unisteer? They did great work on mine.

I recommend adding some kind of vibration dampening material between the HKS ignition amp and the surface it is bolted to. The vibrations will eventually cause it to fail.

Are those RE mirrors? How do you like them on the fender? Any bad vibrations, hard(er) to see..Meaning are they even usefull or do they just look badass;) I have a pic of your car blown up as some inspiration for my transformation to chaste white. Nice car all around.

Dan, Alternator nu is from SR Motorsports and the emblems are from the old school rotary truck and 1st gen. Wanna come to Alaska and help me relocate all my wiring...lol..

Phil, The T-Stat housing I got it through RHDJapan and it is made by REV/ The AST is from KinetikFD3S and I am using it as a Coolant Reservoir, notice I dont have that ugly plastic behind the R headlight.

0110-M-P, The rack is looped for now and will have it converted next winter.

AlbertoMG, Thanks for the advice I will put something in between to dampen it.

Dave, the mirrors I love, they are the only functional JDM that I can think that works with a LHD car since it is far forward and I love them....

KaiFD3S... wow... I'm kinda suprised. Would have thought that the engine needed more room for coolant expansion than that little P-whipper.

I was worried about that but I have ran the car for over 1 hour and still nothing has overflowed yet, it got up close to the cap but that was it...

Hmmmm.... might be a different story mid Summer after a longer hotter drive or track session. Keep us updated as time goes by.

I'm no expert on this but I'd be worried about that also. What does happen when/if it expands and needs an overflow container? I guess the pressure will cause the weakest link to leak. Hopefully that won't be more than a hose coupler in an easily accessible location.

As I mentioned I am using the AST as a overflow container, works just like the stock plastic one just not as much volume.

I know that at some point it will overflow but I will be checking the level often and to add to this I only drive the car at night or on the weekends and being in AK for now I don't see temps over 92C since it is cold here and my fans do kick in at 90c, if it does go over then I will just add another AST in the mix for more volume...lol...:smilielol5:

Looks much better. Is that a new/replaced turbo or just polished up old one? Either way, looks really great man.. good job.

Hey Kai when you put in the oil filler neck had you already drained the oil? I was hoping that after it sat for a little bit the oil level would settle lower then the filler neck is this possibly true? Only reason I ask is I have fresh oil and would rather not have to drain it.

Nope did not drain the oil at all since I also had fresh oil in there...You should have no problems installing it without draining the oil...
