We're very excited to announce our new line of fuel rails to the rotary community. These are designed to fit the more compact Injector Dynamics fuel injectors and ultimately provide a compact, easy-to-install, and high quality solution for those upgrading their fuel systems.

The 13B primary is the first done, but we will be filling out the lineup soon. The FD and FC secondary rails are prototyped and will hopefully go into production within two weeks. Cosmo RE will be designed shortly after.

Details:
CNC 6061 T6 aluminum
14mm injector bore for use with 48mm injector
Tapped for -6 o-ring fitting
Anodized finish in black or blue standard finish (custom colors and hard anodizing available)
Centered spacers for perfect fitment
High quality SS hardware

Retail price will be $115 for the primaries.

More to come soon!

Thanks!

Looks nice!

No idea if it would work, but any thought to developing a fuel rail to use the ID injectors without upper adapters? Could lower the cost of the overall package a bit. Only issue would be if the shorty injectors would clear everything.

Also, any 20B rails?

These rails were designed with the ID's in mind. No top hats necessary for ID725's or ID1000's. You'll need the short tops for 850's and 2000's still though. We'll see what we can do with the secondaries where most people are using 2000's. We might be able to do a couple different length spacers to accomodate them..

Trying to get all the 13B stuff finished first. We may do 20B rails eventually, but they're long enough that they would likely have to be gun-drilled which increases the price quite a bit.

Did you determine if the current primary rail will work on the 13B-RE? I'd like to order one if it does.

Unfortunately it is still in transit. We'll let you know once we get it all sorted out.

FFE PRIMARY RAIL FITMENT UPDATE

Ok. Pictures will have to wait until the next couple of days since my camera decided to go screwy on me, but here is the news a few of us have been waiting for.

The current primary rail DOES work on a 13B-RE. After talking to Aaron, I was the new guinea pig for verifying the fitment. I am currently running a stock secondary rail, so I bought the appropriate -6 O-ring to -6 fittings and two -6 to 90* barb fittings to allow me to connect everything.

At first, I pulled my diffusers out and cut off the lower section, intending to just use the upper half as a spacer. Then I simply swapped the lower O-rings on my Bosch injectors for the Denso cushons and installed the rail. When I fired the car up, I had a high idle that hadn't been there before. I pulled everything apart and also pulled my diffusers out to check them as well. It turns out that the grommets on the diffusers weren't in the best shape, and I guess that pulling them out in the first place made them worse.

Not wanting to have to source new grommets, I decided instead to put one extra Denso cushion in each primary injector port to take up the space left by leaving the diffuser out. I reassembled everything and tried again. SUCCESS! No leaks (fuel or vacuum) to be found. I'm pretty certain that leaving your diffuser in and using just the one cushion will work fine, but I would check the grommet while you have everything apart.

Cliff's Notes: The FFE primary rail DOES work on the 13B-RE.

Many thanks to Aaron for being prompt with getting the rail to me overnight as requested as well as having great customer service. Definitely continue to support a great vendor making incredible products!

Hello Full Function Guys,

Can we have another progress update? Especially for the secondary rails?

Thanks!

Looks ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC guys.... LOVE it.

You KNOW I'm first on the list for the 13B-T rails ;) And what color please :D

About a week late though... I just ordered all the fittings I would need to adapt the stock rails... oh well, they'll get used eventually.

Qustion on the Cosmo stuff.... vaccuum tubes?

Incidentally. For anyone who hasn't installed aftermarket injectors in the plates/LIM before.... see the little blue adapters in this pic

http://www.fullfunctioneng.com/images/lower%20adapters

TRUST me when I say, YOU WANT THESE not that stupid little denso donut crap or those retarded kg shims that you have to press into the plates/mani. Both of those solutions are PURE crap and don't belong an engine. They are both band-aids and poor ones at that. This is a solution.

RE rails are available for manifolds either with or without vacuum tubes.
The with vacuum tube rails come with a spacer (which makes them a 60mm fitment)..
