Do you have a factory service manual?
The first two things off the top of my head would be checking the green relay in the box near the driver strut tower, and if you go in the diagnostic box next to that relay box and jump between fuel pump (I don't remember but I think it's pmp or something) and ground (gnd) and turn the key forward, that should help you figure out where to start looking. I haven't had too many problems with my fuel system though, so I haven't dealt with it much.

I'm moving this to the FD specific section, so it'll probably be getting a lot more input on your problem...

yer its a factory fuel system, the fuel pump fuse seems to be rooted so ill change that and see what happens

if your fuse did blow look ahead of your fuse and behind it for anything that could cause an amperage spike or this wont be the last time you deal with this issue....don't know your skills as a wrench nor am i calling you a bad one but people think fuses blow for no reason at all and wonder why after replacing them they still blow..........best of luck
