I personally seen this scatter shield, I'll be having some for sale in my shop also. Goopy hit a homerun with this shield. especially at a time when racers have a need for them. Quality job here.

THANK YOU

I have been wanting one of these for mine. I really, and I mean REALLY need one of these. I bought one of those universal RCI blankets and not even a week later I melted a strap due to it being next to the hot ass header! Complete waste of money.

I will be ordering one of yours soon!

again, thank you!

What benfit do they add?

The benefit of keeping your legs below the knees if your flywheel frags itself at high RPM's.

Other than that....

Def good product idea... the blankets not only melt straps but also absorb any leaking fluids, etc and become fire hazards!

I'll be picking one of these up myself when the time comes... thanks for bringing back a product we've needed for a while...

We have one specific for the 1st gen NA transmission bell-housing.
The 2nd gen bell-housing has the ribs that can be ground off or just replace it with a 1985 or older unit. Will have pics up soon.

I'm still interested in one of these, I just need the extra cash but one of these days I hope to purchase one for my FC before they're no longer available.

Brian posted a great example of why one of these are needed especially if you're reaching high RPMs. http://rotarycarclub.com/rotary_forum/showthread.php?p=220404&posted=1#post220404

Luckily no major damage or injury was caused from that (that I know of) but could've happened.

I totally understand..

Also keep this in mind:

We could use cores and loose rotary parts at times especially when our inventory is gets low. So when folks are looking to purchase any of our Goopy components let us know what you have and if we can use it we will give you credit on any your next purchase.

ie: FD plates, turbo rotors, 20B stuff etc

Sorry, just saw this now. I have the bellhousing with the ribbing from the '86+ transmissions (S5, N/A trans to be exact).

I have not made one for this casing.. I have it for the 12a 85 and older non-rib casings that i think are a direct swap on 86 and newer NA trannies..
