Based on overwhelming praise from current owners, and the mass of PM's and emails that we receive daily asking to purchase a set, we are running one last GB on our now infamous FD HID lights. While they have been extremely popular, our time has been dedicated to headlights for the last 6 months, and with an unbelievable amount of new products currently in the works, we are trying to free up some needed time to get to these other projects.

So... while this may not be the absolute LAST GB we run on the lights, it will definitely be the last for a long while, so we can finally get to some even more exciting parts. With that said... it's full steam ahead for the FD HID GB#3

We all know that the stock headlights on the Rx-7 are vastly inadequate for night driving. With the FD being very capable of high speeds, the possibility of missing something on the side of the road, up ahead, or around a corner is dangerous scenario. We finally decided to fix this problem once and for all. SakeBomb Garage is pleased to knock your socks off with the first and only true 'pop-up' Bi-Xenon Projector HID kit for the FD.

FD owners: Welcome to the 21st Century.

Highlights:

New headlight housings, with bi-xenon (high/low) projectors
Optically clear projector lenses
New (OEM) Philips 4300K bulbs (5000k Morimoto with 50w ballast option)
High quality 35w weatherproofed ballast (50w ballasts also available)
Plug and play wiring harness specifically for the FD

We’re confident that this is currently the best performing lighting kit available for the FD, from here to Japan… bar none! This setup is the standard against which other lights are currently judged. Yes, they're that good. :D

The SakeBomb Garage Projector HID kit is plug and play. Simply pop out your own lights, trim the headlight bucket, insert the new lights, and connect the harness.

As you can clearly see (no pun intended :) ), these are not your cheap h4 conversion kit lights. Not only are the raw components expensive to start, there is an unbelievable amount of work which goes into creating each kit. We’re confident however that once you install these lights in your car you will quickly realize why you could NEVER go back to anything else! This kit, while retaining the stock appearance, brings the FD up to the lighting standards of high end cars from this decade.

Newly released for this GB: Optional 50W Ballasts

http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/ww233/SBGarage/HID%20Retro/IMG_96411.jpg

We are now offering the option of a 50w ballast (and accompanying 5000k bulb, which appears as a 4300k with the high power ballast) instead of the OEM-spec 35w ballasts. About a 30% increase in total light output.

When will this GB be open until? I've seen a buddy's FD with these things installed and I INSTANTLY fell in love!

Only problem is that I probably won't have spare cash on hand for this for at least a month (unless I can sell a bunch of stuff).

So... Is there a set end date for this offer?

There didn't seem to be enough interest over here at RCC to run another GB on the lights, and the GB we were running on the "other" forum has expired. Shoot me a PM sometime soon and I'll see what I can do ;)
