I'm probably going to kick myself for doing this, but I think it's time to let this car go to move on to my R100 project. I'm selling my 1976 Rx-4 hardtop. I've had the car for just over 2 years now. I've spent tons of time and money on this project to get it to where it is now. Most of the people on here know the car and have seen it around. It has been gone over basically from top to bottom. Off of memory I think it is around 76,000 miles on the clock. The car is extremely reliable. I drove it to Deals Gap this spring without a single problem. It won 3rd place in the old school division there. Here's a quick overview of the car.

Original 1974-75 13B 3B 4 port engine. (These engines are ported nicely from stock and are hard to come by) It was half bridge ported by yours truly. The exhaust has a mild port done to it as well. S5 NA high compression rotors, Rx-8 eccentric shaft, hardened stat gears and bearings, 1 piece carbon apex seals and race springs, FD oil pressure regulator, DLIDFIS ignition, weber 48IDF carb and intake, RB road race header, stainless oil cooler lines, and clutch line, the list goes on....

The body is all original. I did some minor rust repair to eliminate any rust in the shell. I had the car painted as well. It isn't the world's greatest paint job but it looks good. Interior is all original and is in good shape for it's age. It has an aluminum fuel cell in place of the original fuel tank.

The drive train and brakes are all original equipment. I was planning on swapping all the front suspension to GSL-SE stuff with camber plates and brakes. I was also going to swap in the GSL-SE rear axle and get new lowering leaf springs made for the rear. I have 90% of those parts needed to do all of that work. Also have refurbished 15" Riken Mesh wheels with brand new Kuhmo tires mounted ready to go.

The Bad:
The left front flex hose is collapsed at the moment and the brake master cylinder needs to be rebuilt or replaced. I was planning on upgrading all of this stuff this winter. I can either replace them now with oem parts, or leave it to be upgraded by the next owner.

Any other questions feel free to ask. I'm more than willing to share all the info about this car. There are also tons of photos of it before, during, and after the build.

Asking price is $12,000 obo. Here is a link to my build thread. Lots of good pics there.

^ I've thought about it, but what is replacing it in my mind is a step up from this car.
