DriFD3S

Rule #1 Have fun
Rule #2 10-2
Rule #3 Look where you are going
Rule #4 Dedicate to the Drift.
Today was the first day that I have ever intentionally tried to drift.
The term "DriFD3S" refers to my license plate too. and backpack.
Drift + FD3S = DriFD3S, I am sure most of you guys figured that one out,
everyone else asks me... :beatdeadhorse5:
I got to the track, with 2 sets of tires, 225/45R17's on 8 wide,
and another set with 9 wide, same size. I never did use the 9 inch wide tires,
I don't know why I didn't try to switch things up a little bit, anyways, that's not important.
One of my FD's vacuum hoses broke to the MAF, 2nd run,
fortunately my RX-7 is JDM, so I used zip ties to fix the problem.
:banghead:
the rest of the day was pretty fun though, I got a photographer to take some pictures and videos, some of them turned out Okay.
Friends and family though, people who support you are really important.
Clutch kicking, and steering are very difficult things to maneuver.
RX-7 stock suspension of a lot of under steer, very sad. Mazda 1993, I am disappoint. :o10:
I took one thing today the most out of anything,
and that's, I would rather be a good at driving a slow car, than bad at driving a fast car.
I also learned, I need MOAR CAR PARTS! :cuss:
Royal Purple is advertising that they are accepting applications for sponsorship, I am kind of thinking about it trying to apply,
but, my car is bone stock, and after drifting once in my life,
I can't honestly say that I would ever see them imagining me as a prodigy.
hahaha, :driving::001_005::icon_tup:
I can't post pictures yet, I will post a link to the Facebook folder or something, or links. If you liked my story, and you thought "cool story bro"
message me, I am not a dick, we can talk when you have nothing better to do.
RCC is the only forum I am going to post this on, flame away, and have a nice day.
I know I sure did.
