Here is my take on the car...
Car's paint job is excellent! You have couple of rock chips on the bumper but all are small and minor. There is a chip in the front windshield and it might need replacement soon. There is another small rock chip on the top of the front windshield but also minor. Paint job is done well and paint seems to be bit darker than normal MB (more blue than green).
Interior is in good condition, with PEP leather with minor wear but with few creases. All the plastics look good and in general interior is clean.
Car runs great and at $18K, I personally think its a great deal. Paint job is min. $3k job and done by a profession, To get an engine and turbo set up, you'll be spending over $6K. Wheels go very well with this car and in great shape. Combine paint, engine, turbo, wheels, you are looking at $11-13K... That means you are getting the car for less than $7k.
Great buy for someone looking for a mature built FD.
