Hi, 1st time here, from Australia, my ride:
silver s3 '85
s4/5 13bt ext.port/s5 turbo 'box
hi-flo turbo, bosch 044, indie blues
big front mount i/c, str8 thru 3", ect.
240rwkw/330rwhp approx
all nolathane front (and rear due to axle tramp! doesn't bind tho)
std. fr sway bar, no rear bar
lowered springs, std replacement kyb shocks
ride height (lip of guard to hub center): F: 310mm, R: 330mm
Simmons V4 15x7.5 205/50 yoko A048's
looking at getting re-speed coil overs and good adjustable shocks ( current suspension is disgusting, looks good, but an unpredictable pig of a thing on uneven sufaces at best of times)
Wanting to keep it pretty soft: 225/125lb? Would that be balanced? but still corner weight it,
looking at getting Tokico illuminas from re-speed too, do they work on lowered susp.? I don't want the springs falling out when the susp. is unloaded. Other suggestions?
Main purpose of the car is enjoyment as a daily drive and casual track day events( circuits, not autox)
Any feedback would be invaluable to me, thanx!
