Please Check your Credit Card statements for NVNC double charge

I have now heard from 2 people about double charge from NVNC.

Please check your statements as there seems to be some problems at NVNC..

Not sure if this is weather related or some other issues, but please double check your credit card statements and make sure you are not charged twice at NVNC.

If you did in fact get charged twice, please post here so I know who you are and how many of you. I am not responsible for this but I will make sure NVNC knows about this and that this issue is not a singular issue.

Also, I was told their phone line has been disconnected.. again, not sure why and I'm trying to get hold of someone there..

This could all be because of some weather issues.. not 100% on this.. I'll post more info when I get more info.

Update!

Just got a call from the owner of NVNC..

The 2 double charges are suppose to be only 2 charges. It happened because reservation was placed from two locations and it was accidental.

Phone lines...

They are trying to figure out why the phone lines are disconnected. Owners have been working on this for the past 4-5 days and someone from the phone company is suppose to come in to fix it.


Lastly,

There is one cabin available at NVNC... Its a 3 bedroom cabin.

Also, owners have already talked to local area lodges and couple of them have agreed to give discounts to DGRR attendees.. These cabins are: Microtel and Sleep Inn (sp?). I'll get more details on this later this week.

I can vouch for the Microtel. it was a very clean room last year. Not very big room, but it was nice.
