What do you guys think? It's from an S5 turbo. Wasn't leaking when the turbo was on the car & running, but I'm a little concerned about the warping shown in the photo.

when you titan the bolts it will flattin it out....but it is a pain in the ass when you do all that work and you have to redew it just to change the gasket again.....so get a new one...

Hard to tell from pictures but it seems ok. Its not hard to pull a turbo back off to change if it does leak but i've worse looking that sealed. I always hate dropping that much money on a gasket.

its a personal call. its always a good idea to change the gaskets out but if you wanna stay on the cheap side then you can reuse it. it will flatten out once you put the turbo back on but its no guarantee that it wont leak.

it already looks a bit flat to me, but the pic isn't great. I don't think the warpage there is what will hurt you, it'll be if it's cracked, if the mating surfaces are uneven, and if it's so flattened out that there's hardly any more give to the gasket (which you won't really be able to tell except by eyeballing how smashed it is). worst case it blows out then you run sans gasket for a little while. if your manifold and turbo mate nicely you can get away with no gasket for a time, but it WILL leak unless you have perfectly flat surfaces.
