Hey guys they call me Heco94 I currently drive a MK5 GTi (almost stock, only mods are a short sifter, and brake upgrade {HPS pads, steel lines})

I'm hoping to get into rotaries in the next few years, setup to a more serious spots car (which will turn into a track only car). I'm currently looking to either get a FD or FC Rx-7 , I'm leaning towards the FD.

We'll that's me, been doing HUGE amounts of research into how rotaries work/what goes were/how they respond to things etc. A few questions are coming your guy's way hope there welcome :001_005:

Thanks for looking at my intro

FDs are expensive man (Fix Daily). The FC is much better (Fix Continuously).

Seriously, RX7s are good cars and are not less reliable than any sports car of their age. They handle well and can be made to run pretty well (although NA FCs are very slow from the factory).

Welcome!

My FD has never been very bad as far as maintenance. And it's even less so with all the reliability things I've done and continue to do. It's taken a lot of money to do that though. Just take care of it and it will take care of you. That's not to say drive it easy, you can drive it like you stole it because the car loves it that way, the engine does at least haha.

Anyway, welcome! Have fun and keep reading. I've had my FD since Sept 04 and I'm still learning.
