need RX7

So, I've pretty much decided that I'll be running an S5 engine in my car in the future, and I'd like to run an S5 omp with a Rotary Aviation OMP adapter so I can inject 2-stroke oil instead of dirty sump oil, and also not have to deal with the throttle linkage of the S4 omp. *I plan on having a Haltech Platinum Sport 1000 by then, which does support an electronic OMP.
I've noticed in Rotary Aviation's OMP adapter listing (http://www.rotaryaviation.com/oil_injector_pump_adaptors.htm) that they don't offer one for an electronic 2nd gen OMP, only mechanical 2nd gen pumps and electronic 3rd gen pumps.
However, I also noticed that Pineapple Racing lists their OMP block-off plate (http://www.pineappleracing.com/series589-91ands693-9513bompblock-offplate.aspx) as fitting both 2nd gen and 3rd gen electronic pumps, which means they must have the same bolt pattern.
So, my main question is; Could I use RA's 3rd gen electronic OMP adapter with a series 5 OMP and front cover? Their bolt pattern appears to be the same, but I suppose there could be a difference between the driveshaft(?) locations, or perhaps something else I don't know about?
