Dampners: Fronts have about 5000 miles. THe rears were replaced last winter and have about 1100 miles on them. Rears were replaced because the other rear Tokico's shaft was beat to shit by some vice grips when the previous owner tried to remove the top nut. I FOUND the damage when I removed the rubber protective cover last year to put on the Tanabe's....real winner that guy:cuss:
Springs: Same milage as the rear dampners, 1100 miles.
THe ride qaulity is nice n' stiff BUT still tolerable for daily driving. HUGE improvement over stock set up and the Tanabe's are AWESOME springs. The drop was great on my FC.
I will post some pics of the set up tonight PLUS some before/after pics of the drop. They are in GREAT shape!!
