I wouldn't be too discouraged though. Being that close to the top of the list means that your neighbors have been there for a very long time. Alot of times people's priorities have changed by now (blown motors, babies, hell freezing over, you know, normal stuff) and aren't interested anymore.

I haven't emailed anyone on the list to see if they are interested still. I usually don't do that (it's a time thing).

I still give you a 50/50 shot, maybe better.
