Well...

I had a very inexpensive.. wait.. scratch that.

I had a road race header from Racing beat, and two 2" pipes back 118" collected into a 3", and then into a Edlebrock RPM Performer 3" in and out ceramic packed muffler. It was... loudish.. 3" dump, and um yeah it was not quiet.

Best friend bought the car, and wanted it quiet. So he bought the long collected Racing Beat Street port exhaust with the pre-cilencers, and the long collected design.

It was exxxxxspensive.

On the dyno it made 1 less HP, but 1 mor Ft LB of torque. Or vice Versa.. doesnt matter.

The thing is.. the car was sooo quiet I couldnt hear the engine running other than the noise fromt eh engine compartment!!

Now fast forward 3 years later, and I have removed the pre-silencers to try to make it loud enough to hear with a head sock and helmet on. And its NO LOUDER!!!

Nice tone. Quiet idle, and a slight growl at WOT.

My suggestion if you like it quiet.. RB roadrace header, two long pipes going back into a STOCK Racingbeat Muffler. That thing will purr, and make good power.

Listen to it on the video of the gap I made last year. www.youtube.com\spinracing
