Sounds like your timing is jacked..... esp with the glowing manifold. The richness should not cause that - if anything it will cool the charge down. Your timing could cause the glow though...
Also, are you sure you reset the PFC? Stock injectors etc? You may want to check the voltage settings on the PFC - your PIM voltage etc. You can also learn out the fuel using the commander and drop the fuel for the idle range to help it out a bit. The voltages for TPS, etc should give you a good indication of where it's messing up. The screws on the TB need to be adjusted as a set, not one by one. If you're going to adjust them... do them all at once. Good Luck |
