I'm not affiliated with the indyrx8 group in any way but I went last year in my Protege and it was a really great time. Figured I'd post here because it's not exclusively a rotary event.

Anyone else planning on going?

I actually just registered myself. But wow, all the way from AL? I had an old friend from VA (where I'm originally from) come out last year and I thought that was nuts...

I missed out on a shirt!

This was a surprise event last year. I think the Indy folks didn't necessarily think it would be as big as it was, and it was a great time. Can't wait to get down there again this year...and THIS time, with the proper vehicle.

it's may 1st 2010, their site is difficult to read. Font is not that clear and red font

If you click on "Who's coming to Mazdafest" is says May 1, 2010 at the top right. The March 1, 2010 is the preregister deadline.

Just registered for this event. Many years ago, in my FC days, there was an Indy RX-7 club that held a cool get together at a shop in Indy - wonder if any of those guys are in the Indy RX-8 club? Looking forward to it, regadless.

Bump, for a little more exposure! This is going down in a little less than two weeks. "Doors" open at 8 AM on Saturday, May 1st

less then 2 weeks.. my exhaust, struts, strut braces and a couple other parts should be here this weekend try to get them on really quik

. good thing i live in indianpolis.
