This is what I've received from the management from Nantahala Village..

Hello Philip,

Just a couple of things letting you know how the reservations are coming along at the village for the 2009 DGGR. We have 8 King rooms available and 2 –two bedroom cabins available. We are offering your group either Thursday (16th) night or Sunday (19th) night for free if they book for Friday (17th) and Saturday (18th). Please pass this along to all your registries.

Just so you guys know, Me and the staff of DGRR will be coming in Thursday the 16th. We'll be driving around and relax a bit before the crazy weekend. So, take advantage of this great opportunity!!

Yes, If you already booked and want a FREE thursday or Sunday, All you have to do is call and let them know..

Again, I would like to emphasize that NVNC is about to book 100%.. Couple of handful of lodge and cabins are left.. Register and book your lodge soon!! After NVNC is booked, its up to you to make your own reservation...

Hang out/chill in the morning - 7-9:30 AM
Drive to the dragon - 10:30-1PM
Lunch - 1PM -2 PM
Meet and greet / Registration at the Top of the Fontana Dam 2:30 - 6 PM (pending weather).. Otherwise, Registration at NVNC from 5PM - 9PM.
Dinner - 6PM - 9PM at NVNC
