View Full Version : WTB: Exhaust hangers

Hey guys I need these rubber hangers: the 2 on the back of the mufflers, the 2 on the Y-pipe and the 2 that are on the cat/mid-pipe area.
They are all oval and have bolts in the included hardware.

Ps: If any one has a spare set of the two actual rod hangers that bolt to the frame and support the cat/mid-pipe section PLEASE let me know. My FC is missing them.

Hey Sean, the mid-section hangers would be easy enough to fab up yourself. One flat peice, two triangle support pieces, and then the main rod. I could snap a few pics of mine if you wanted.... that is of course if you stirke out locating them. Lemme look to see what I have, I seem to remember some spares.

Dude, you can get exhaust hangers from any local auto parts store. They are not car specific...

even the oval ones with the metal eyelets???? I find that hard to believe. The DONUT ones definately but I don't know about the 2 types of ovals.

I found them at Checker. lol

Made for a 86-88 323 SO I imagine Mazda used the same hangers on most models for those years.

Thanks Flooder for thr advise even if I didn't believe you. ;)

NOW all I need is the LONG rod hanger on the driver side where the midpipe/cat is. A buddy of mine gave me the passenger side short one.

are you looking for the hanger that goes between the framerails and supports the entire exhaust system or are you looking for the hanger that bolts to the framerail?

the long one that bolts to the frame rail. The one on the drivers side. I have the small one on the p side

Both of those hangers at the cat are the same size. Here's a picture I found

That looks alot like my exhaust.

But yeah, they are the same size. I think I got one kicking around, yours for shipping pal.
