Frank, any chance you could post a list of all the people who have requested a pod in chronological order to give everyone an idea of where they are at on the list? I know this is one more thing you would have to do, but it would hopefully reduce the amount of e-mails you would recieve on "where am I at on the list and when can I expect it?"

There might be a couple issues with posting a list;

It's kind of a privacy thing for customers. I don't think it's ethical to post everyones name or email address. Forum ID's are one thing, but I have many other customers that all I know are names and email addy's.

I suppose that if you guys truly need to know, ask me in this thread and I'll PM you. But like I said in the now defunct thread at the "other" forum, if you've ever received an email confirmation from me, you are on the list.
If you've inquired correctly, with the part # desired, stating that you actually want one or want on the list and have never received a confirmation email, don't sweat it yet. I still have a folder of saved mail that I haven't got to yet.

It's also as charlies7 states; "I dont even want to see the list. I might cry".
I'm not going to lie to you, the list is long, but it's also the reason to get on the list ASAP.
My hope here is that now that I've got some help in the shop (I'm looking into adding another too) and that I've re-prioritized pods, is that given some time the waiting list will get handled.
It's not going to happen overnight, but it's in far better shape than it has been for the last year or better, that's for sure.

I wouldn't be too discouraged though. Being that close to the top of the list means that your neighbors have been there for a very long time. Alot of times people's priorities have changed by now (blown motors, babies, hell freezing over, you know, normal stuff) and aren't interested anymore.

I haven't emailed anyone on the list to see if they are interested still. I usually don't do that (it's a time thing).

I still give you a 50/50 shot, maybe better.

The 60's will start as soon as I finish this run of 52's. While I don't really think I can get the entire list into (1) production run, I'm definetely going to increase the size of the production runs until I get caught up.
The next run will likely be 52's and 60's and will get a big chunk of the list taken care of.

Also wanted to let our friends across the pod know that these productions include RHD models as well, so don't feel forgotten.

I think someone was making a list in that thread for someone that's trying to make a knock-off product, not sure if that's the one you're thinking of or not.

Quick update:

The latest batch is nearly done, probably only a 3 days worth of work left.
The problem is I wasn't able to finish them before some contract work got in the way. That work has priority and will take most of my attention right now, but I will still plug away at pods too, but maybe not as much as I'd like.
I will try to get them finished and ready for shipping within the next couple weeks, sooner if I can find the time.

UPDATE:

The latest batch of pods is done! They will start shipping on 12/10/08.

The first round of emails for this latest batch of pods has been sent out. Those recipients have until 12/12/08 to confirm and pay. If after the 12th and I haven't received confirmations, those people will be moved to the bottom of the list and I'll go to the next people in line. I'll repeat this as necessary until all of the people on the list are notified or until I run out of pods.

Once this batch is shipped out I'll start on the next batch, which is going to be primarily 60mm pods, as it appears that I'm caught up on the 52mm pods.

If I have any pods left, and nobody on the list for that part #, then I'll post an inventory available for immediate sale.

Not to worry. Your pod shipped out yesterday and you should see it by Friday or Saturday at the latest.

As for everyone else that has sent me payment as of yesterday, 11/10/08, your pods have shipped out on the 10th, and you should also be receiving them by Saturday, except for those that are international.
International orders will be 6-10 days from the 10th, and that should include Saturdays.

Just wanted to touch base with an update.
Last Friday my computer crapped out on me. I just got my new one where I can finally print out shipping labels and recover my waiting list info (thank god for backups!)

Anyway, I didn't get a chance to send out second round email notifications yet but that is my next priority. I'll see what I can do today before I run out of time.

Just wanted to let you guys know where things stand at the moment.

Ok, the latest batch of emails were just sent out. Those folks have until the 26th to respond then we'll go to the next people on the list.

Actually, yours was pulled from the production run due to tooling and setup for that particular part #, as it was a different setup. But not to worry, it was pulled very late in the production so it is nearly done. I'll make it a point to finish it up before I do anything else. I could probably have it ready to ship by the first part of next week.

I beginning to think of snow as a dirty 4 letter word!
I have 19" of snow on the roof of my house and nearly 2 feet on the ground around my house, and it's snowing like mad at this very minute.

UPS, USPS aren't even delivering. I've lost my power twice for a total of 16 hours in the span of 48 hours, with more likely in my near future.

So yeah, snow......:rolleyes:

I just got done shoveling 60% of the snow off the roof of my house, so needless to say I've been in better spirits :banghead:, but nothing a little whiskey and water can't help :cheers2:

Quick update.

All of the waiting list 60mm pods from the last batch have been shipped, with the exception of a couple that are waiting to be confirmed.

After it's all said and done, I have a couple RH60TP's and RH60QP's leftover. I also have some LH52TP's, LH52QP's, and RH52QP's in stock. So if you are looking for those part numbers let me know and I can ship them out ASAP.

This still leaves a few out there on the waiting list that I wasn't able to include in the last batch, but rest easy, as the next batch is already underway and nearing completion.
So for those of you out there that didn't get an email recently, hang tight.

Hey gang,

Just finishing up some intermittent contract work and a few things around the shop, and then back on pods next week sometime.
Pods themselves are at about 70% finished in the process. I'm not turning any work away right now so there may be some disruptions, but pods are still a priority and shouldn't be too much longer.
As it is now too, if you are on the list you'll be getting your pod this batch.

Hey guys,

I just got back into town this morning. One of my jobs had taken me out of town for a couple days, actually a day longer than I anticipated due to the fact that I nearly cut the tip of my finger off and had to spend time in the ER.
I had intended to package up the pods on Thursday and get them sent out by Friday, but that didn't happen. So, just so you know, pods will ship out on Monday now.

No tracking available with USPS, just delivery confirmation and insurance tracking (USPS Internal track).
